Looking for the skinny on Retatrutide and how much I should be using if I want to cut down. I'm currently 245 lbs. I would like to cut down 20 to 30 lbs. Do you think I should go with 2 mg a week? Or do you think I should increase it to 3 or 4 mg a week?
Hey brother, great question.My experience with Reta was start low and go slow with increasing the dose , make sure your diet (protein) , training and cardio are on point and it will work its magic, if you start low you should miss a lot of the side effects, I started on .5 mg and only went up to 1mg after 6-7 weeks, it is a great addition as long as all the above are in order, good luck mate
You want to start on the lower end because you may deal with a lot of side effects and you're going to have a tough time with it. You have to start adjusting things.
Retatrutide is definitely the GOAT; there is no better fat loss option out there. Start at 1.5 mg the first four weeks then gradually increase it by 0.5 mg until you get to 3 mg total.
