how much proviron/nolvadex??

i am not sure on how much proviron and nolvadex i should take for 25mg of dbol e/d for 5 weeks and 400mg of deca a week for 8 weeks and 500mg of eq a week for 10 weeks.

i have seached alot on this board and i am not sure on the amounts and how often to take them.

You would only really need any of them for the dianabol. If I was you I would take 50mg proviron per day (one tab in the morning, one tab in the night). Keep the nolvadex on hand for symptoms of gyno. If you do get symptoms of gyno take 40mg nolvadex per day and then when symptoms subside drop down to 20mg per day for the rest of your cycle.

I agree. Prepare for those nasty morning wood/mid night wood's

25mg made me horny, 50mg almost made me crazy due to the difficulties I had taking a piss during the night.
