I've read up that it's generally reccomended to eat 1.5g of protein per lbs of lean body weight
This i assume applies to someone who wants to preserve/gain muscle
What if i wanna preserve muscle but im not into weights so much and am a martial artist who trains about 14 hours a week?
Would my protein needs be higher or lower than 1.5g per lbs?
