why do you shoot for such low protein intake?

Through what I've read, and based on my carbohydrate intake, I haven't found more then that gives any change in muscle gain, I think typically, people that consume lower carbs may partially burn into dietary protein for energy, or people that consume too much protein will upregulate the amount of enzymes in their body to oxidize protein.. Anyway ya that's my reasoning behind it.

If I did insulin and/or aas I'd most likely increase protein intake.

i weight 200.
lbm 170.
protein per day 200-300g.

thats 1.2 - 1.7g per pound lbm.

Usually more on low carb days and a little less on carb-up days. Anything from 1gr per pound up to 1,5gr per pound.
