Not really "shooting" for anything. btw if I did`nt get enough at a meal, I`ll supplement with a shake on top of the meal. wow, I used the word "supplement" perfectly. lol

A AGP New member Jun 27, 2003 #9 I shoot for 1.5 but sometimes it's really hard to get that much protein in. That, and it does quite a # on my digestive system if i dont' balance supp w/whole foods.. whooo T
