How much fat?

I'm just finished dieting down, now i want to gain some lean muscle mass. Can someone tell me what percent fat/carb/protein ratios i would need to gain lean mass.
Also, what is the normal daily intake for each??
 
you have to find out what works best for you, if youre looking for muscle though...youre going to have to gain some fat, so take in good amounts of both fat and protein, and make sure you get some carbs in pre and post workout definately... they are all important, but for gaining muscle proteins and fats must stay high, remember that fats are a great source of energy.
