how much dostinex do I need

ok I am just starting my cycle it consists of
100mgs tren ed for 30 days
600 mgs test enanthate for 10 weeks
400 mgs deca for 6 weeks starting on week 5
40mgs winni for 4 weeks starting on week 6
500 iu of hcg every week starting on week 5 and then at the end 500 iu ed 2 weeks after last injection
my question is how much a-dex and dostinex should I take and when i should take it? Thanks for all inpute
this is probably my tenth cycle 220lbs and around 9% bf

Are you planning on running the tren for the first 30 days? I would hold off until week 3 to let the test enanthate build up a bit.

For the dost .5mg E4D is standard. You would want to run this anytime during your administration of tren or deca (which appears to be your entire cycle).

For the adex either just keep it on hand or stay low .25mg/.5mg ed. The winny will help out some too.

Gotcha, in his case since the tren and deca didn't overlap i didn't know there would be a problem. Thanks for the knowledge.

If you run Test as a base to Tren and Deca, along with Dostinex you *should* in theory be fine. But you're right, you should know how you react to the Tren or the Deca before hand, both preferably before you go mixing them. I do well on Tren, but I'm going with EQ because I suspect the Deca won't be as forgiving as the Tren..

damn, thanks. Been lifting on and off for about 8 years, my last 1 1/2 years actually getting more serious. On my third cycle currently. My avi and profile pic were taken about a month ago after 6 weeks of test/mast and 1/2 week into tren. I've got just a few short weeks left before PCT. I'm probably going to post up some results in the My Cycle section then.
