How much do you still use actual money?

Like the paper and coins type of money. Or even writing out checks. Aside from like the occasional vending machine or something, I hardly use actual money. I put money in my wallet and that will last for weeks because I hardly touch it. Everything nowadays is so much easier using plastic and online banking.
Its strange to think about, because my money is being tossed around here and there without being anything more than bits and bytes being sent back and forth between computers.

Very often. I almost never use credit cards to avoid the debt. Plus it's always nice to pull out your roll when the money-hungry hunnies are around.

When I do use acredit card, I use my debit card (bank card). But even that I try to relax on. I keep all my receipts until the monthly statement comes in and it just gets too friggin crazy to keep track of if I use it all the time.

cant u just track your purchases online ...thats what i do with my bank card so much easier than tryin to keep track of all those fuckin receipts

We use our Yahoo Credit Card for every purchase because of the points we get on it. The only thing I pay cash for is parking and sometimes lunch. All of our expenses go on the one credit card which we pay off every month.

nope, doesn't make much sense. the only way to really know what you spent and if it's correct is by balancing your receipts off your statements or online. otherwise you are just assuming what is on your statement/online is correct. I've found many issues before.

I do use my corporate Amex for work-related purchases. My monthly bill has to be around $8k-$10k so I am sure I am getting a ton of points. I should look that up at some point

it's just general financial responsibility. it's good to get in the habit now since as I get older I will only be making larger and more purchases. my father was pretty anal with his finances so it must have rubbed off on me.

I need it to cause I am not exactly rolling in dough and my living expenses are extremely high. so it's good to know what I have for expendable income (i.e. coke and whores)
