oly squat 315 x 8, I know I have been ignoring my core a lot lately . But I can still do front squats with 205 for 8. I got 225 for 20 last week, shit did that suck...
Agh the lovely ole squats, my fav... Still need to get a little heavier yet, but my damn knees just won't let me go too heavy yet. Let see...

135 for 20 - ass to the floor (warm-up)
255 for 12 - 90 degree
285 for 10 - 90 degree
315 for 8 - 90 degree
345 for 6 - 90 degree
Probably hit 365+ in a couple of weeks. I trained legs on Tuesday and my legs still love me today...
I can literally squat until I can black out. If it stimulates growth. . . . then so be it. This is what I like about DC. Tom Platz was capable of squatting with 225lbs for 10 minutes straight.
