Just curious to how you people layout you cardio programs when dieting down whether ts for a show or for the hell of it(eg. summer, cutting cycle....)??

How often do you do cardio, how long(interval), do you decrease your carbs as well while doing it, and when do you do it(morning, evening, after workout)???

well to be honest i dont really do weight trianing more than twice a week cos of all the other training i do.
But i've always had trouble with losing stubborn fat
by incorporating HIIT and following John Berardi's dont diet diet, i've gone from 12%bodyfat to about 9% in 10 weeks

I pretty much train 6 days a week, most of the training is pretty cardio intense.
 
Depends a lot on your metabolism; whether you're a hardgainer or not.

Hardgainers need very little cardio. Some say none at all. However, the higher your propensity is for putting on fat, the more cardio you need.
