Just curious to how you people layout you cardio programs when dieting down whether ts for a show or for the hell of it(eg. summer, cutting cycle....)??
How often do you do cardio, how long(interval), do you decrease your carbs as well while doing it, and when do you do it(morning, evening, after workout)???
