how much cardio?

just wondering if im doing to much....i wanna get lean but am still trying to grow (i know, hard to do both).....i run between 25 and 45 minutes everyday....i hear people talking about 3 or 4 times a week

Need more info bro....like what is your diet? Do you weight train etc....diet is the most important thing in getting lean. Give us some more info.
 
im 5'8"
180....should be more but i havent been training legs cause im a moron, but im fixing that

iweight train 4-5 days a week

i get at least 200 grams of protien a day
i just uped my carbs from very low to moderate to try to get a little bigger
keep fats very low

That sounds about right. As long as you are taking in enough calories the cardio shouldn't hurt that much. I've been doing alot of cardio lately, 1-1.5 hours 5 times a week, and my strength and mass hasn't gone down yet. I've been doing mostly cycling and swimming at a moderate intensity.
