Just make sure during this more catabolic phase when the HPTA is trying to recover and get brought back up to speed the goal in mind is to maintain muscle rather than build. Concentrating on the major compound exercises while limiting overall time and days spent in the gym allows your body to maintain better and give it much needed recovery.
