So we're talking about exercises meant to maintain or increase muscle strength/size/endurance. Not cardio, not sports.

ideally 3 days per week sometimes a 4th day for circuit training or aux excercises. Lately though, having two jobs doesn't always allow me to get my split in.

Ususally exactly 4.... and I am hungry as well

ideally 4, but i've been lazy recently so it's been 5. sometimes 6. before you say wtf lazy, that's from me not getting all the musclegroups in on the right day, so i end up having to go to the gym more to get them all in.

i am also hungry. about to eat grilled turkey meat and whole wheat bread.

6-10 depending on my current routine. I do no other form of training. The only cardio I get is sex. I sit on my ass alot when not lifting.

What about pooping?

Pooping is probably more like resistance training than cardio, however its a rather small muscle so we can't count it.

I voted for eleventeen, just cuz I used to say that a lot as a kid.

But seeing as I'm so fat, my bodyweight resists me ALL day everyday.

Monday: flat bench
tuesday: deadlifts
thursday: auxillary bench
friday: sometimes squats if my back is ok.

4 days of resistance training and lately at least 3 days of aerobic training a week. I usually don't workout on weekends though.

I dunno dude it's more than your sphincter.

It's more about your core and RELAXING your sphincter. Which is why probably why it's so easy for you that you don't count it as a workout.

3 on average, run twice a week and hit heavybag.

I am sorry lumberg but this poll sux. Why wouldn't you list like 0, 1,2,3, 4,5 and so on? I mean were you just trying to see how many people worked out more that 1/2 a week or what?
