How many people here are big/cut?

well if you consider 180+ big (which i don't) and under 10% cut (which i do), then...i'm one of them.

I'm more than 190... but more than 10% BF.... might be 10% at 180.. but not too sure... I'm 5'10

I dont consider myself to be big.. I think 190+ at 10% is a decent size for 5'10...

byyour idea of big and cut i am almost 192 at 10.5% i will be below 10 soon. but i think i am tiny i have a long way to go i am 6'1-6'2 so i am tiny for my height, i wish i was short so i would be big at this weight. :fro:

I'm 236 at around 10%, does that count?

Well 180+ (Well probably 190+) is the weight I want to achieve. The only reason I asked is because I see some people's "progress" pictures... Most the time they're just skinny guys. They bulk with a ton of calories.. do all the low volume crap that everyone posts about over and over..... Then they just look fatasses, they cut down and they're back where they started.. and they continue to post acting like they are the God of bodybuilding knowledge--all the while saying the people that actually do have good phsyiques have no fucking clue what they're doing and it's just genetic.

Oreopl, do you have a pic of you 190 @ 10%? I wouldnt call that small at all... I'm 6 Ft, but 1 inch or 2 inches doesnt really make that much of a difference--does it?

If you added 1-2 inches everywhere on your body (or reasonable areas like quads, calves, biceps, triceps, chest, back) you'll definately see a difference.

People eat tons of calories simply so they can have enough fuel (better safe than sorry) for their body to grow. It's better to eat too much, than too little. Of course you can't get the EXACT amount of calories you need to grow without fat gain, but you can get close. So people who get fat are also packing on muscle underneath.

The reason they're back where they started afterwards is probably because they didn't diet down correctly. They probably did way too much cardio and didn't keep up with their meals, thus causing too much catabolism to occur and they lost most of their newly-added mass.
