How many of you men randomly take a peek over at the Women's Discussion Board?

And with what frequency? I probably give it a test maybe once every 3 weeks. I always think that they are talking about us in there, like a grade school sleepover (they aren't, btw). Although I am always surprised to see dudes posting there (dzulboy!).

um- no.

me. never. how often do you catch yourself giving maxipads "a test" or reading playgirl? just curious

tampons do help with nasty nosebleeds tho.....

Sure if it`s a question a woman would answer better... Of course. and They are very helpful there. No BS like you bastards here. Props to the women.

it's okay that you are gay- we won't look at you any different. Come on out of that closet, brother, isn't it uncomfortable in there?

I read there once in a while. Like if I have a female friend who needs advice or something. Sometimes I chime in with a response to something too.

I say geigh also....

Do we have a third vote?

I try to stay out of there because I've seen some of the idiot responses guys have made when the girls are trying to be serious. Jokes & sexual innuendo belong in Chat/BTS, not the Women's Discussion/Training Forums.

why is there a womens board anyway? its kinda redundant since EF has a training board & the other stuff on there is crap.

I think because most men on here really have no interest in reading threads about pregnancy, working out on your period, and how tits get in the way during flat bench (except PoyeBoy).

I can't fathom a woman asking about how training affects her period in the same forum read by testosterone-loaded college kids. She'd probably be lucky to get one serious answer out of 10.

I don't think the answers aren't serious- I just think they don't address the questions they post....

Someday I'm going to ask Ms BH out.

;)

For the most part, I dont even bother with women only boards. NOthing against women but most are annoying, whiney bitches who are looking for attention. And they are so catty. I hate that stuff. I just wanna talk about training when im on the training board. And i prefer the advice i get from the guys.

I think that the women's board here is suppose to be more like a refuge for them to ask serious questions about serious issues that they face in training, and day to day life. They can ask their questions without getting a bunch of "less than intelligent" answers. :)

I used to go to the womens board about diet and training when I first startered. Now I prefer the diet and training bored for that. I go there if I have specific question about womans health meaning PMS problems or something along that lines.

Just off hand I can think of several legitimate reasons for a Women's forum.

1) Many women feel intimidated by training forums dominated by men. A board dedicated to us offers an environment to those ladies who would otherwise remain ignorant regarding training issues.

2) Much of the information regarding anabolics is not applicable to women. Women need anecdotal info from other women regarding proper usage of anabolics and other ancilliary drugs.

3) Then there are the issues that are unique to women which can be better addressed in a women's forum. I am talking about the relationship between: nutrition and training during and after pregnancy, during monthly hormonal changes, and eating disorders and body image issues to name just a few.

The EF women's board has gotten pretty sleepy over the last several months and not a lot of topical, valuable threads have been started in a while so maybe that board's value isnt as apparent as it used to be. However, it still has a giant database of incredibly valuable stuff in old threads which makes it the single best place to find nutrition and training advice specific to women.

once every 3 months.,.. in hopes they start posting nude pics of something.

I do it all the time I am trying to get as much information as possible . I think it is a very good forum because they mostly ask serious questions and get serious answers. Plus for as a man I want to learn what women want in order to give them what they really want, and sometimes you can pick somethings from those type of forums and if you don't then I can give a advice been this my job as a trainer. Honestly I like just to read and learn from people so i visit every forum to see if there is something interesting in there with the exeption of the pic of men forum;that is just not my thing not even out of curiosity.
