How many of you ladies have this prob?? back of hamstring fat that won't go away!!!!

This is definitely my most stubborn problem area...
Yes, it will go away--after several months of training hard/dieting...
My upper body will look nearly emaciated before this under the booty fat goes away!!!!!
I hate it!
From the front, my abs will show (slighty :) ) and my quads will be lean and cut...but when I turn around I have that damn fat under my booty!!!!!!!
Anyone else have this problem?????
 
My problem area is not my hammies but I know exactly what you are talking about. The funny part is, my stubborn fat use to be my love handles. The rest of my body would be very cut, face emaciated, tatas non-existent but I still had fat there. Now it looks like my stubborn fat has crept to my arms. WTF! Cant win for loosing.

My advice is to keep the diet clean, do your cardio, but Focus you attention on the weights. Make sure you go heavy and really chalenge yourself. Do you do Stiff leg deal lifts? Maybe you could try Yohimburn, thats suppose to work on the stubborn fat from what i hear.
 
:) Ive always lifted heavy...and I have good size on my legs...just a pocket of fat that hides my ham/glute tie in! It sucks.......
I was thinking about trying Yohimburn..maybe I will.

What's you body fat % ?
Can't expect too much if it's not in the low teens IMO.
That's why I'm not stressing over my chunky arms because my bf% is too high right now to even expect for them to look any different than they do.
 
I am like u spatts...It will go, but it takes FOREVER!
My b/f right now is about 14-15%......
Lowest I've ever been was 12%...and then it was gone.
 
I feel your pain..my hamstrings are my weakness...I lose that bf last and I am still to this day trying to bring them out more...The lower your bf..they do come...deadlifts, leg curls....drop sets..will help and go heavy:)
 
If you're talking about the glute/ham tie-in area, that's my most stubborn fat too. When I do my self-administered body fat analysis (which is jumping up & down naked :D in front of the mirror) it's the only place that jiggles other than my breasts, which don't jiggle enough :bawling: but after March those'll be jiggling more.

Yohimburn and Adipokinetix have helped a lot. As long as I continue to indulge in my favorite choc-chip cookies, that area for me will probably always have some jiggle, but it is MUCH improved. Some things are just a trade off. For now I'd rather still eat my cookies and have a little fat there. (I've cut down a lot though) One step at a time.

I'm also working to muscle that area up some more. It needs it, and I hope that too will help harden it up. Maybe someday I'll have fat-free buns like polished marble. :moon:
