Everything I read says not to drink, and eat as clean as possible while cycling, but I wanted to know if anyone out there sill drinks while they cycle, and if so how often?
An occasional drink won't hurt you. My only problem with drinking is that usually people downplay their drinking habits and one or two drinks a week usually means getting shitfaced two times a week...
I did on my last cycle. I went out one night per weekend and got tanked. It really fucked up my cycle pretty bad. If you figure it takes your body up to two days to recover from drinking heavily, that's two days of shitty training.
That test made me so horny that it was too hard not to go chase pussy. I got laid by a different girl 8 out of 10 weekends that I was on that cycle...The 2 weekends were repeat customers. LOL
I had my priorities really fucked up. Now summer's coming and I am cutting...It's making me wish I would have done better so I would have more LBM to work with for this cutting cycle...Oh well you live and learn.
I don't drink that much, but I've been smoking a lot of bud on this cycle. I got tanked last friday, but I feel bad about it. I've been getting stoned a lot though, and I think that it's affecting my cycle negatively cuz I am not making the gains I usually make.
