2 dnp cyles so far. first was for 7 days, 200 first 2 days, 400 next 2 days, 600 last 3 days.
second time was 400 for 9 days. i lost a total of 18 pounds on both cycles. dropped 2 notches on my belt, down 1 waist size on blue jeans. even non-work out people noticed the weight loss! strength is still down, can't lift as much as before! but it's coming back! it's been 4 days since last cap.
