Not sure if this should go on training board or here. I was always an overtrainer (5 days p/w 90mins p/d) till 6 weeks ago. Since then I've been using the Mentzer H.I.T. method. Now I train 3 days a week for around 35-40 mins a day and since then my strength has gone up a little and the intensity for workouts have really increased due to the quicker routines. I do 4 sets per bodypart 1 set then a superset. i.e. 6-10 flat flyes superset 6-10 incline bar 2x's. Should I add more days when on my cycle or add more sets or keep the same?
