I know what I'm getting ready to ask is really general, and that I would probably need to post more details to get an accurate response. Having said that,if you guys could just shoot me your best guesstimate,that would be great.

I'm 6'. 211 lbs,and as fat as I've ever been. I'd say I'm probably carrying about 30-35 lbs of blubber.

I'm natural. Hittin' the weights 4-5 times a week. 20 min aerobics 5-6 times weekly. 1 to 2 hours ma training a week. Other than this, I lay around on my ass. I've been varying my caloric intake between about 1800 and 2300.


What do you guys think? Gettin' this fat off is the main priority. I can't fucking stand being a fat bastard.

keep the calories around 2300 if you arent looking to lose any muscle mass if you want to go all out and dont care about the muscle then drop to 2000.....keep hitting the weights like you are but definatly up the cardio.....try doin an hour of low to moderate intensity in the morning if possible on an empty stomach i.e. walking on an incline or stepper......then do your cardio for 20 minutes after you weight training session.......make sure you are eating clean and try limit simple carbohydrates(sugars) and saturated fats.......post an example day of diet and maybe we can elaborate a little more for you ...
