i've yet to be on. but i get sore in a regular basis. usually, my chest and front delts when doing various benching will get the sorest. my quads can get fairly sore too, with tris and hams and lower back coming in next. my delts and bis don't get sore too often and my back rarely gets sore, even if i blast my back and bis. i would say my back is my best part too. i don't get why i don't get sore for certain lifts.
