How long should I take off between cycles ?

How long should I take off between cycles ? I just finished 12 weeks now on pct. how long do you recommend to wait til I start the next?

As a general rule.

The time you were on + the length of your PCT = time off.

So if you did a 10 week cycle and a 6 week pct, you should take 16 weeks off before starting your next cycle.

Time on equals time off, keeping in mind that the drugs are still active a month after your last shot. So, start from there.
