I thought I would throw this out for what its worth. Many of us ( me included ) tend to be haphazzard when it comes to a cycle. We learn a lot about the gear, we study training and we generally live the life but when it comes to real measurable results we fall short at times once we get over the tabu of using. "What's another 250 of ara anyway???". Am i right or is this just me? I've been at this a while and I figured it would pay to track this as well as I do my investments, because that's what this is, an investment in your body. Well here is how I monitor a cycle (if you want to see a sample of my document email me). I create an XL spreadsheet and document the WEEK/Date of dose/mg of drug/volume of injection/side effects etc. This is the equivalant of a training diary but for gear. I know many of you plan your cycle but this is a little different. I can tell you how much gear I took on a given week and how it made me feel. So if someone asks how was that ttokkyo stuff i can say well lets see... I can also tell you when I have reached a point of diminished return in my cycle. I think that's important! I'm sure some of the more anal among you do this but I thought I might share.
