Ok...While reading "Nuclear Nutrition" , I came across an article on a training principle that appealed to me very much-->Zero Momentum Repetitions.(which means handling lighter weight with absolutely no momentum in the rep, focusing greatly on the muscle being worked. It consists of all drop sets and training beyond failure) I have tried it because it absolutely made sense (i usually never try methods in magazines but this one really had appeal and backing)
My question is can this system of slow reps ,which is very taxing on the nervous system, be almost synergestic with gear in producing dramatic gains? I figure the muscle is under so much more duration stress throughout the workout compared to normal workouts that anabolics would be favorable?
