Sorry I meants 185 pounds* i work out for a while so i know mostly what i'm doing and i eat fine like 2000-2500 calories a day and i can bench 215 and I've never used steroids before. I think im mostly at my max physique. I read online about the types of steroids and the items for the PCT so i made this chart and wanted to know if following that would help me keep my gains after the cycle and also avoid side effects.
I'm run everything under the sun.. natty and not. 2 PCT's.. and after 2 1/2 months i'm still not even close to being recovered.
think hard about doing this bro. its fun being on cycle but once u go off it is the total opposite. do what ozzie said above and give it some time before jumping in. too many have gone in early and screwd up their hormones.
