How do you plan/eat after a night out drinking???

i always try to eat greasy when drinking,
helps to get out that post-drinking alcohol poo.
after the dumpage i feel way better and can hit the gym

Good idea man, I'll remember that for next time.
Leftovers do taste really good for some reason.
Maybe throw some cheese on it to get some casein while I sleep half the day away..

leftovers bro they are the best... next time you cook some chicken and rice, cook an extra chicken breast or 2 and save it... and when you come home late drunk tear it up... i love leftovers to me they taste better than freshly cooked for some reason
