Hiya I Have Been On A Work Out To Loose All Fat While Keeping My Strength. While I Have Lost 23kg Since February But I Still Have The Rest Of My Fat Round My Lower Abdominal Area & For The Past 3 Months & I Havant Seen No Difference & I Would Like To Know What Work-Out Could Help Myself Loose The "Hoola Hoop" On my Lower Waist.
