To start, it seems one smart thing to do is load up the diet with veggies which I currently eat none of.
What are the ways y'all prepare 'em? I've steamed broccoli/green beans and added some salt/garlic in the past but my palate gets bored pretty quickly. What other veggies/methods are out there?
