How do you create an online dating ad?

Anyone ever try Matchmaker.com or any other dating service? My roomate turned me on to it when he started getting a couple of dates, so I decided to try. So far no luck. I get browsed, but I have never met anyone from a dating service.
So out of curiosity,I check out the guys who are getting browsed the most. Hmm, the common trend is that they are all making 100k plus a year. Hhmm.
I do a comparison on a woman and man who started their ads on the same day. The man was browsed 145 times. The woman was browsed 1,083 times. Wow, are men really that undesirable to women?
Any other bros have any experiance in this type of thing? What cracks me up is when I got out dancing or just out in general, I meet someone every time. But I have never ever met anyone online. Weird.
Any input from the bros or sistas would be greatly apprecieated.

I seriously think it's cuz notworthy girls never have problems getting dates. Walking down the street is a good enough source. Guys will attack anything.

I sincerily think that if women stated to approach men, men wouldn't be forced to be so aggressive in finding a mate. It's all good, though, not gonna player hate. I would still like some advice from a man who has been succesful with this.

ANY dating service is gonna have 100 guys to 1 girl and that girl is usually fat. A LONG time ago I joined Matchmaker International on a whim and what a joke. They would send each woman like 20 guys to date that month, it was unreal. And the women were basically looking for the guy with the most money. I finally threatened to sue them to get my money back and they gave it to me. Basically if your a woman they are a godsend, if you are a guy they are a HUGE scam.
