When I was bulking during the winter on my cheat days, I'd go all out, I'm talking about atleast 10,000 calories of junk food. Now I'm cutting, on my cheat days (minus Valentine's Day, I kinda fooked up) I'll only eat junk food once a week, and just 1 or 2 servings of whatever I'm craving that week (pizza, ice cream, chocolate, donuts, or whatever.) Damn, already miss my winter and bulking.
