How do I find out how much my body needs to be eating in terms of calories to grow in size ?

Start counting how many calories you are eating on a daily basis. Measure your weight every week and if the scale is not going up you are not eating enough.

you need to get on a good workout program and be consistent

you cannot just eat more calories and gain muscle, doesn't work like that.. it is a great way to just get fat. you don't want to become a perma bulker
