How did you break the law in 2003?

Drugs and speeding.
im in the Army
me and some others broke into my x best mates room and trashed it (x2)
stole some live rounds from the ammunition bay
did speed
sactuatory rape (she was 15 i was 19)
drove very drunk (almost was in a bad crash and the car was full)
... ive learnt one hell of a lot last year

I made some explosive
accidently knocked out a few city blocks...it was an accident!
I'll explain: got bored over a weekend, I used to be a model rocket freak. dragged them out one day after a long peroid of storage. decided to grab one i hadn't used in a while and prob. never again, filled the payload with 3 rolls of firecracker powder ( thats 300 of em) launched it....... the bugger went real good ..until the delay kicked in,it started falling i was thinking "holy shit blow!! BLOW!!!" it was about 20 ft from the ground when it detonated. a flash of light.... a few seconds later BOOM!!!! right beside a utility pole. knocked out 5 city blocks!

it's still socially acceptable for me to an extent, but only really possible during the summer, so i have to be a real dirtbag about it and get as much as possible as quick as possible

Transported a 'bow of dank from D-Town to Chi-town, chi pd on bike attempted to pull me over for going the wrong way on one-way, continued on my wrong path in order to ditch pig, narrowly missed a head on collision and certain imprisonment (sigh, still makes me nervous!).
