I’m looking to gain more mass after a long cut where I lost about 50 pounds. You would be surprised at how good my heart health is after losing that way I’m down to 200 lbs and I’m 6’2” and I’m 34 years old.
Now I want to gain it back and gain some quality Mass.

test E 100mgs 2x per week
do you think this is a good setup for what my goals are?
