how best to run GW as a female?

I’m looking for your advice on the best way to use Gw501516 as a female. I’m 32 years old and I’m 5’6” and 145 lbs. I would like to lose about 20 lbs and also increase my cardio. Should I be using 10 mg or should I be using 20 mg? What do you recommend?
 
GW works really good at fat burning but it's also really good for endurance. So you want to make sure you're doing a lot of cardio while on it.
 
I would do the GW about 15 mg a day. That would be the perfect amount. And the nice thing about it is it doesn't have to be cycled. You can stay on it or come off of it at your leisure.
 
Probably going to want to stick to about 10 to 20 mg a day. It's as simple as that. You might also want to look at using other SARMs. Something like LGD or Rad might be an option.
 
Best way is to take it in the morning or 30 mins before workout, it has long active life, so you don't need to split the doses. How much fat you can lose I cannot know but it changes body's energy source from carbs to fat even when resting you lose fat. It increases cardio, even weight lifting feels like cardio because body doesn't use glycogen so it has no explosive power bench press feels like cardio, squat feels like cardio. You don't need regular rest between sets because muscles don't burn and heart capacity is much better than normal, in 10-15 seconds you recover so you go on working out. Also I would do sprint for an hour at the end of my workouts, to get runner's high, when on cardarine I stopped doing it because sprint didn't give me any high and it was like regular walking.
