How bad is my routine?

I've been lifting for several years and always end up back in the same ol routine. What shoudl I cahnge?

Monday-chest, flat bench 3x10, dumbell flys 3x10, incline cables 3x10---tris, rope pull down, 5 sets then 3 til failure

Tuesday-off

Wed-legs, squats heavy 4x5, leg extensions, calvs

thurs-off

Fri-bi's, super set curl bar and hammer for 4 sets
forearms, abs

Sat- powercleans 4x10, rows 4x10, upright rows 4x6, smith machine overhead press 3x10, finish up with shrugs til failure

Sun-off
 
It depends on your stats and goals. try the 5x5 sticky on top of this page.
 
From the looks of it... your choices of primary exercises generally aren't good.

I'm also a little confused as to how you are breaking up your week. I'd suggest stealing a page or two from Needsize's 5x5 routines. He makes gret choices on the exercises he uses and how he splits his routines.
