How are we progressing on our goals?

I'm not quite where I wanted to be at this point. I was moving right along and then I had clients in town and traveling start up.
I'm in the process of working out a new plan. Since I am behind that means two a days! :( I know it will help working in the cardio. It will make me healthier too. I just hate the idea of going to the gym at 8pm. It will wind me up and I will have trouble sleeping. I guess before work is an option.

I'm working on getting rid of my butt crease presently
i am not sure I could do cardio at 8 pm. I go to bed at 930 pm and am up at 530 for cardio before work. It's not the most exciting life but hey I have had enough excitement and went out to enough clubs to last me a lifetime...
And you do get used to it.
 
I've been doing great until the past two weeks. Energy and motivation usually aren't an issue with me but my body has felt tired lately. I've been pushing myself hard for three months so I have switched to lower weight/higher reps and cut my lifting to M-W-F. I'm only doing hard cardio (spin class) and abs on Tues/Thurs. Resting on weekend. Hopefully the change will re-energize me.

Strength still climbing with each workout. My LBM gains have plateaued though due to a bit too much cardio. Need to bump the calories a little. Really nice vascularity appearing all over the arms and delts.
