I'm not quite where I wanted to be at this point. I was moving right along and then I had clients in town and traveling start up.
I'm in the process of working out a new plan. Since I am behind that means two a days! I know it will help working in the cardio. It will make me healthier too. I just hate the idea of going to the gym at 8pm. It will wind me up and I will have trouble sleeping. I guess before work is an option.
