I thought I would do my own post workout drink/gainer or whatever to call it(all depends in how much you take). This is what I was thinking per 100g(please tell if there are things that do not work that good together..)
per 100g(1 serving 100grams):
Whey Isolate -------- 40grams
Dextros --------------- 70grams
Alpha Lipoic Acid ---- 500mg
L-Glutamine ---------- 10.000mg
Creatine monoh. ---- 10.000mg
Ginger root powder- 2000mg
Inositol --------------- 1000mg
B12 -------------------- 1000mcg
C-vitamine ----------- 500mg
