I thought I would do my own post workout drink/gainer or whatever to call it(all depends in how much you take). Well I'm fed up with messuring up everything before taking my drink so I will buy this big drum and do it all myself :)

This is what I was thinking per 100g(please tell if there are things that do not work that good together..)

per 100g(1 serving 100grams):

Whey Isolate -------- 40grams
Dextros --------------- 70grams
Alpha Lipoic Acid ---- 500mg
L-Glutamine ---------- 10.000mg
Creatine monoh. ---- 10.000mg
Ginger root powder- 2000mg
Inositol --------------- 1000mg
B12 -------------------- 1000mcg
C-vitamine ----------- 500mg

Well L-glutamine seems to work very good for me when it comes to recovery. Might have with the fact my body have problems storing it naturally or producing it or how it works :)
When I take L-glutamine I never have problems with my stomache, I never get gas even if I eat 2 60g protein meals in 2 hours time(post wokrout and then 1-1½ after that). Without the L-glutamine I have to look my self in :( and that sucks.

I also think BCAA:s would be a better choice, but it's expensive as it is and glutamine seems to work for me.

What is Adaptogens?

Anything else to add?

I have 5-htp, multivitamines, milktistle, avena sativa

Well my pw shake has Eastern bloc adaptogens, They help recovery and believe me, after a tough session in the gym im good to go next day. *runs to kitchen to fetch bottle of PWSHake* it contains Rhodiola rosea and Ginkgo biloba
