#1. Alt. Squat & Bum Kick - 30 secs
		
		
	
	
		 
	
		 
	
		 
	
#2. Jumping Jacks - 30 secs
		 
	
		 
	
		 
	
#3. Mountain climbers - 30 secs
		 
	
#4. Jump Rope - 30 secs
		 
	
I take a 30 sec rest after the jumping rope exercise.
#5. Lunge & Kick Forward - 30 secs
		 
	
		 
	
#6. Burpees - 30 secs
		 
	
#7. Jumping Lunges - 30 secs
		 
	
		 
	
#8. Kneeling Rotations - 30 secs
