Home brew MRP?

I'm allergic to Whey protein (yeah, really sucks to be me) :(

I'm trying to concoct a MRP shake for two of my meals during the day (since they're at work they need to be quick)

I'm considering:

1 packet of carnation instant breakfast
1 scoop of Egg protein (24g protein)
1 scoop of casein protein (20g protein)
glutamine (I'm iffy on this)

taken with 3 ginger root tabs and 200mg ala

what do you think? any suggestions/changes?

It's a replacement breakfast shake that's loaded with vitamins.. since the egg and caseine are unflavored I need something to make it palatable..
 
Calories: 130
Fat: 1G
Carbs: 27g
Protein: 5G

(Slew of vitamins)

Ingredients: powdered skim milk, sugar, malodextrin, cocoa, carrageenan, sodium aluminosilicate, soy lechitin

I'm not a fan of the carbs coming mostly from sugar. I wonder if there's anything else out there that I could use? every other Meal replacement is whey based..
 
for taste. I don't have any facilities at work to whip up some oats... basically I've got a shaker and a water fountain :)

can you think of anything else I can add for taste purposes? I've tried downing it with just water... and I doubt I could ever do it again *shudder*
 
then again, there's the sugar free version of the instant breakfast that just has the malodextrin.

hmmm..
