Forrest was badasss, i cant believe he took the punches he did, bonnar hits fuckin hard and forrest took some brutal shots...oh and also, Joe Rogan (spelling) was wrong, FOrrest's arm was not broken in a armbar, FOrrest said himself on the show what happend, he blocked a punch with his forearm and the punch broke it.

Bonner should have won the fight unanimously....I think the judges gave Forrest credit for a lot of knees that didn't actually connect. But it was easily the best damn fight I've ever seen, and I'm glad that they both got contracts.

your just thinking that cause his blood was all over the place, but in reality it was only from one well placed blow. technically with all his takedowns- that one standup (when he shoulda taken the guy down but the cage was in the way), and his damage, and pushing the action- he SHOULD have won.

some people who are gunan say bonnar tho are just disilusioned because of one punch that caused alot of blood throughout the rest of the fight

One of the best fights I have seen in a looooooooooooooooong time.

I figured it would be an all out war and holy moses did those guys go at it.

Griffin was obviously the stronger fighter and it looked like Bonnar was done a couple of times. Bonnar hung in there and dished out some serious punishment.

A unanimous decision is a bunch of B.S. IMO, that should have went for a final 4th round. Makes you wonder some times if the judges are watching the same fight as the rest of us...

in order for something like MMA, which most avg. Americans have never experienced or have much knowledge about, you need something like the reality show. it was a GREAT marketing move on their part and it has played out well. looking forward to seeing the Nielsen ratings for lastnight.

Guys, I've watched the fight closely. Bonner never looked as close to collapsing as Griffin did. Griffin did take him down a couple of times, but did no damage on the ground, and landed a couple of 'ok' knees... but most of the fight was boxing, and in almost every exchange, Bonner got the best of him. Almost every time Griffin tried to come in with punches, Bonner stopped him cold with a hard jab. Watch the fight again, I just don't see how Griffin got the decision.
