lets just say i dont use over the counter supplements, or throw money away on big plastic jars of protein powder (which looks AND tastes like pieces of stucco that fall off my house). i got blessed genetics, i have always been cut but the juice brought things up to a level i coudlnt reach naturally.
workouts consist of four days in gym per week. two body parts per day, except legs because so hard. squats rule. abs once a week. i do four sets or so of each exercise per body part. 6-8 reps. i circuoit train on most exercises excpet the big compound movesments: squats, deads, upper and flat bench.
i am a tennis player, still play two or three days a week hard singles. dont you big meatheads sniocker ,you wouldnt belive the cardio workout you get at a certain playing level .
