What are the different heads of the tricep, first off?
Second, which head does the Closegrip Bench Press hit?
Third, what are two accessory exercises I can use to hit the other two heads without sacrificing my joints. (i.e., no skull crushers or extensions, and most likely no dips) I want to secure my joints (namingly elbows and rotator cuffs here) for a while.
