I'm looking to hire a personal trainer but my budget doesn't allow me to keep one very long. How long should I keep my personal trainer and what is the minimum amount of sessions I should be booking with them. He wants me to book a 10 session special with him

It depends on your level. If it is just to get in shape, yes the internet has a lot of information…. Good and bad.
This and many other forums have individuals that will help you out.
If there is some other goal.. to compete, etc. I recommend a trainer. This is where the details make a difference
