So I started to increase the amount of volume that I’m doing when it comes to my weight training
I started out doing 15 to 17 sets at 12 to 15 rep range and now I increase it to 22 to 25 sets and reduce my rep range to 8 to 10 reps.
I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen any improvements to my strength changing it up like this.
Do you have any idea what could be happening? A bit about me I’m 44 years old and I’ve been training off and on for the past 15 years
