Well, tomorrow I get back to the gym, I have been eating pretty decent (lots of steamed and George Foreman'd food :P) I've been away for 2 months so I really don't know where to start and am a bit anxious, I do know I'll be getting more serious about my cardio since I really hate it but have to do, will do at least 30 min cardio, is it best to do it after or before my weight workout? I managed to drop 3 pounds but it seems my BF% did not change so I guess I lost muscle, actually the nice definition/cut I was getting in my arms is barely there :(, it's been 2 months since I've been at the gym due to school related word, I'm 5'1 at 160% and 33% BF  I'm too chubby to take any supplement... clen/lipo, etc.....

I like cardio best after lifting. If you do cardio first, most likely you'll have less energy to lift.

You don't have to take clen or any other agent. A clean diet will help you lose bf; besides you wont get a rebound post clen. Learn how to eat clean for life and stay healthy.

I will usually do a 15 minute warm up, nothing aggressive and then a good burn after my workout. You can do it girl!!! Starting up again is the hardest part :)

Oh girl it is so good to see you back!

Listen, get that cardio in after your strength training. You want most of your energy going into those weights but even more importantly your heart rate will already be at a rate that is burning fat - when you start your cardio you won't have a "warm up" period that simply wastes time.

How often will you be lifting and will you be doing cardio on other days? Some people find that after weights they simply can't possibly do anything with their legs. See what works best for you and go for it. The most important thing is that you find a routine (or schedule) that you enjoy and then keep it SACRED. It is nature's best supplement for anti-aging and disease prevention - the loss of body fat is simply a side effect!

Keep us posted!

I'll probably do 10 min warm up the lift then 30 min, I plan to go to the gym minimum of days a week and hopefully 5 days I'm pretty chubby so must cut fat but will take care of hta with the diet and cardio so will lift my little heart out, I do eat well, specially since I have the steamer so it's all chicken and veggie for me :P

try to get the cardio over with in the morning before your day starts. its really hard to get up in the morning, but like all things if done consistently it'll get easier and then it becomes habit. and with all the other benefits of AM cardio you'll also find yourself with lots more energy and clarity throughout your day and accomplishing so much more as a result of that.
why not just use the BF for the AM cardio. i am a fan the sek-c workouts.lol;)

I have to be ass in chair at 6:30a.m at work :D and I get up at 5:15a.m. just to be on time, so I really cant do cardio if not at the gym..... :(

lol, you could always wake up 15 min earlier......or you can do cardio after lifting like people mentioned....or morning sex....or no cardio, just lift and eat good and you'll still lose...
