Well, tomorrow I get back to the gym, I have been eating pretty decent (lots of steamed and George Foreman'd food ) I've been away for 2 months so I really don't know where to start and am a bit anxious, I do know I'll be getting more serious about my cardio since I really hate it but have to do, will do at least 30 min cardio, is it best to do it after or before my weight workout? I managed to drop 3 pounds but it seems my BF% did not change so I guess I lost muscle, actually the nice definition/cut I was getting in my arms is barely there , it's been 2 months since I've been at the gym due to school related word, I'm 5'1 at 160% and 33% BF I'm too chubby to take any supplement... clen/lipo, etc.....
