Hi Ladies,
I am new to the board but it is finally a relief to find a place specifically for women. I have been doing research on several different cutting and fat burning programs, including; winny, clen, anavar, cytomel or even just ECA stacks.

The rules on the AS board say to make sure new members are doing their research and reading all of the threads already posted, so off I go.... look forward to chatting with all of you.... :)
 
Hi and welcome! You will find so much info on this board, it is very helpful and inspirational. Research and educate yourself before deciding anything.....give us your stats and tell us what your goals are....we like to get to know ya;)

Glad you said hi, you'll find some GREAT information here adn some even BETTER people! There are some real brains here that are happy to help nail down the loose ends and confusions stemming from research overload. So don't be afraid to ask for help, they don't flame for asking questions around here.

new@gettingbig says to post my stats and goals, this is a great idea. i think if i were to make it public, i would be held more accountable. i have my progress for the past six months and goals for the next six on an excel spreadsheet. can i attach it to this thread? does anyone else have their goals and stats posted? i should probably start a web page, how do ya'll stay in tune with each others progress and stats???
 
You can do it however you want to..I have put my goals and stats down a few times. I also keep a log of EVERYTHING, I write down everything I eat, how much water I drink, how I felt that day and my training and cardio stuff. So I can look back and see what worked and didn't and what I can improve etc. Plus it is nice to see how you progress over time. Posting your goals and stats on here, will help keep you in check, we will keep ya motivated and when you are down, slap ya around and get ya movin again! Plus it is a way to be held accountable as well. Its good to write things down so you can see, not just in your mind, visualization is the best when working towards goals. Keep your spirits up and use this board to help you along your way:)

i'm glad there is another newbie to relate to. if you have any questions about diet or training i might be able to help since we do weigh the same and are the same height. my bf is much lower, i am about 16%. i don't have all the answers, but if i can help i will. i only have a laptop right now, so i have to figure out how to get some pics up here, i would definitely like some feedback on how i look. talk to ya later.
