Hi ladies I'm new with a few questions.

Hi Ladies I'm brand new on here and have noticed how much great info you all have to offer so I was hoping maybe I could ask a few questions. I'm 26 and have been pretty consistant with my workout, but I wanted to change it up and get a little leaner and tone up. I started taking an ecy stack about 5 days ago and I know the dosage recommendations but I was wondering if a 2 week cycle is good or can I take it for longer? I was told 5 days on, and then 2 days off, but does that mean don't take my ecy stack at all for 2 days? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure that I am doing everything safely and correct.

Hi raiderchick and welcome to EF!

I can't help you with supplements, but I can help with your diet. You will not get any results without changing your diet anyway. However, superq or someone else will come in and help with that.
So, can you post what you eat and drink all day and the time of it?.
 
I usually get up take my first ecy stack and then about a half an hour later I eat 1/4 c of oats with blueberries. Sometimes if I get hungry in between lunch I will eat nonfat cottage cheese or greek yogurt. Then for lunch its usually a salad with turkey, an egg white and the basics(tomato, zuchinni, etc) or stir fry w/ a little chicken breast. Take my 2nd stack of ecy. If I get hungry before dinner I eat yogurt or cottage cheese, and then for dinner I usually do egg whites w/ spinach and a little ff shredded cheese and steamed veggies. Honestly I have a pretty boring diet but it helps me stay on track if I keep it structured. I notice I don't have much of an appetite right now with taking this stack so I am probably low on calorie intake. I workout and lift 3x a week and mix in 45 mins of cardio 4-5x a wk always in the morning. Any suggestions?

I can help you out with your training if you want to vary things to achieve your goals.

What sort of training are you doing?

Have 5 meals a day. Don't wait to see if you're hungry. Have 5 meals consistently. You will be hungry, trust me!

1- Have 1/2 up of oatmeal (not 1/4) and the egg whites for breakfast. Try to include protein with your carbs.
2- Have a protein powder or sweet potato muffin here.
3-Have your salad as you have it here with turkey or chicken and brown rice or sweet potato.
4- Same as 3 with vegetables.
5- Fish and vegetables.

Don't forget to drink lots of water and 2 to 3 cups of green tea.

I've never run off times using stacks and I don't see the need to. It's fine if you want to run an ECY stack... but you need to make it an ECYA stack. I don't know the dosing for the yohimbine but the ECA aspect needs to be 1:10:10 or 1:10:15 ratio. The aspirin is known to increase the half life of the ephedrine. There are other reasons by they are questioned so I won't go there.

hmmm, okay thats what I have been wondering but I've noticed that alot of people say just do an ec stack or just do an ecy stack alone because the a doesn't do much. I was gonna try 5 days on and 2 days off because that would confuse my body a bit and right now I have been taking 25mg of e and I take lipodrene xtreme with it and have had pretty good results but I know that the body can adapt quickly so I wanted to throw it off.
 
You've got too much on your plate right there. You need to cut out one or the other or you're going to be adding too many chemical and herbal compounds that are going to mess up your body. Keep it simple. First off Lipodreme xtreme has synephrine (a sister component of ephedrine), Hoodia (which is crap because they don't take the right part of the plant), Yohimbine (double dosing), caffeine (again, double dosing) and don't get me started on all of the chemicals.

In the past year some of the TOP weight loss supplements have been pulled from the market and companies have neared bancrupcy because they're adding prescription weight loss ingredients to their products.... Like ALRI Venom Hyperdrive.... everyone raved about it and then it was recalled for having Sibutramine (or something) in it. In my opinion if it's OTC then it's either crap/scam OR.... it has an undeclared ingredient in it. Build your own stacks... if you're going to put chemicals in your body, know for sure what you're getting.
