Hi Ladies I'm brand new on here and have noticed how much great info you all have to offer so I was hoping maybe I could ask a few questions. I'm 26 and have been pretty consistant with my workout, but I wanted to change it up and get a little leaner and tone up. I started taking an ecy stack about 5 days ago and I know the dosage recommendations but I was wondering if a 2 week cycle is good or can I take it for longer? I was told 5 days on, and then 2 days off, but does that mean don't take my ecy stack at all for 2 days? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure that I am doing everything safely and correct.
