Hello everyone,

This is my first post ever. I am very new to this all and I appologize in advance for my lack of knowledge. I am going to start an hgh cycle here soon. I started dieting with cardio now for 3.5 months. I am 5'10 and was 239 lbs. I used to be very athletic, but in my recent years lacked exercise and good eating habits. I now am 210 lbs. I have busted my ass to get to this point. I do 1/2 hour cardio first thing in the morning. I have a Protein shake for breakfast, and eat alot of Protein throughout the day. I eat very small amounts of carbs. I recently started lifting weights and I am feeling good. I have been at a standstill now for 2 weeks in the weight loss category. I am starting an hgh cycle soon and wondering how many IU's to take daily and for how many days a week? I still have good amounts of fat on my body, minus legs due to an elyptical every morning. My stomach and love handles are the worst. Is hgh the best thing for me to use for fat loss? Should I stack my hgh with anything? I just want to be lean and waste away my flabby fat. Any suggestions?
 
My first reaction would be to hold off on the hgh as of now. There are much better and safer options for you right now. post up your real diet, and training. do you have cheat meals? I have a supp or 2 to recommend to help with fat loss. Are you taking any OTC fat burners right now?

I would try starting out with 2-4iu daily for fat loss. Continue to critque your diet to near perfection if your serious about your goals.
 
After morning cardio..I take the new AMP 60 protein shake by GNC..mixed with skim milk and berries. After the shake, I take the megaman sport vitapak along with a vitamin C pill, and a fiber chewable. I eat a snack of almonds and a banana or apple for my mid morning snack. I eat 1/3 lb sliced turkey and a mixed berries bowl for lunch. I sometimes change the turkey with tuna. I snack with almonds, or bananas, or an apple before around my mid-day snack. I eat various meats for dinner, ranging from chicken breast, ground turkey, or very lean beef. I might have a protein shake for dinner also. I am very strict during the week, but do cheat a bit to keep sanity during the weekend. I still do cardio during the weekend though. I do my elyptical 2x per day most of the time. I recently put together a home gym and have been active in that for 2-3 weeks now. I do my weight lifting after my dinner, and then I do cardio sometimes following that. What do you think I should do? I cant handle ephedrine products though. Major headaches and shakes.
 
When I do cheat, I dont over eat. I may eat a burger or wings, and I do drink occasionaly on the weekends. Its football season! HAHA. Bud Select.
 
At 27 I don't think the weight loss would be significant. I've been on (age 45) for 3 months now and while my abs are much more visible my weight is the same. It's possible I may have gained weight w/o the GH though.
 
Does my diet look good? I dont really want to lose a ton of weight. Maybe 10-20 more lbs, but I want to get lean. I have always had a complex about my midsection. Even when I was skinny, I had problems getting cut. I am willing to try anyting at this point. I want a lean, muscular body without a bunch of mass. I have been busting my ass to get where I am now and it sucks seeing the love handles still and the flabby midsection. I need that extra "uumpf" to help me. Should I do the HGH with other supplements and stack it with other things? What do you guys recommend for me? Thanks for the feedback!

I personally think HGH is a better muscle preserver than it is fat loss drug. You can eat less and still maintain or gain -- but the effect is most noticeable in older guys.

Twenty years ago, if I accidentally missed a couple of meals or made a few healthy choices in a row, I'd lean-up. Now at 42, missing meals translates into disasterous days in the gym and muscle and fat loss unless I'm using HGH as well.

Do think twice about HGH for you. It's expensive (but well worth it), but in a 27 year old your results are going to be marginalized. A good fat burner combination might cost you 1/10 the price and actually give you better (yes, better) results.
 
What kind of fat burning combination would work the best...HGH or other supplements? What are the best things to stack togethor for ultimate sucess?
