Like the title asks: I'm wondering if this is still the prevailing wisdom.
Most of what I've read indicates that the metabolism of T4->T3 is what affords the benefit of thyroid hormone supplementation while on GH.
Then again, a lot of that information is a few years old now, so maybe something has changed and I haven't seen it.
I started at 2IU for a month, then gradually increased to 4IU over the next two months. That's a total of 3 months so far.
Haven't lost any fat, haven't gained any either, and I'm not sure how much (if anything) my LBM gains have to do with GH. I'm leaning toward "little to nothing" as to the latter, due to the short duration and relatively low dose.
