the kit comes with everything you need.. simply put it in the fridge and carefully combine it into the vial given to you and inject it with a slin pin

the dosage is dependent on your goals.. check out the link dylan posted above, that has where to get it

I would start off with a dosage of 3-4IU per day. Injected first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
